Yes. Access has an in-house abseil and access team, so multi-storey commercial buildings, canopies, atriums and hard-to-reach roof areas are covered without contracting a separate access provider.
What is soft washing and when do you use it?
Soft wash uses low pressure and pH-appropriate cleaning solutions to clean surfaces without damaging coatings, render or heritage fabric. We use soft wash where high-pressure cleaning would risk damage; we use commercial water blasting where the surface needs it.
Can you run programmed wash cycles on multi-site portfolios?
Yes. We build programmed wash schedules for portfolios and multi-site retail, industrial and commercial estates, with clear reporting after each visit and one accountable point of contact.
