Can you find the source of a roof leak, not just patch the symptom?
Yes. Leak location is one of our core specialties. We investigate the root cause, whether that is flashings, fixings, penetrations or the roof surface itself, then provide a written report and fix the actual problem.
What does a roof report include?
A comprehensive written report with photos covering the condition of the roof surface, flashings, fixings and penetrations, plus recommended actions. Property and facility managers use our roof reports to plan budgets, schedule remedial work and make the case for capital projects.
Do you handle full re-roofs as well as repairs?
Yes. We cover the complete range: repairs and maintenance, partial re-roofs, full roof replacements and new roofs, including long-run metal roofing and warm roof systems. Staged re-roofs over occupied buildings are a specialty.
