Project Overview

Access was engaged by Kiwi Property to carry out roof washing and maintenance works at LynnMall Shopping Centre.

The works were scheduled around the mall's operating hours to minimise disruption to the public and normal mall operations.

Delivery

Two Access technicians started work at 4am and completed the job by 8am, allowing the team to carry out the works before the mall opened.

The team accessed the elevated roof areas via one of our company-owned EWP units, allowing the works to be completed safely and efficiently.

Outcome
