We are looking for someone with solid experience at a site supervisory level from the construction/trade industry. Working closely with our Projects division and site base team, the core of this role is managing various types of projects and job sites whilst still being hands-on, on the tools. Overseeing the workload of techs and subbies, you will give guidance and support on bigger projects. You will also work independently doing various building maintenance jobs. We have a fantastic team who are energetic, passionate and love what they do.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial projects. This role involves managing project lifecycles, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines, and maintaining high safety standards. 

Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of experience in NZ commercial construction, strong financial and communication skills, and experience progressing from on-site to office-based roles.

Due to growth and a strong pipeline of work , we are looking for an experienced waterproofing QS to join our supportive, friendly QS division in Auckland.
Working across our business divisions, including Gunac Waterproofing, Projects and Building Maintenance, you will be responsible for pricing schedules of work for structured tenders. You will also be involved in scoping new work and preparing schedules of work to provide solutions and costings to our clients.
Site visits are required in order to assess the work required based on a visual inspection.  You will also be a whizz at writing up detailed roof condition reports.
