Due to growth and a strong pipeline of work , we are looking for a Senior Waterproofing QS to join our supportive, friendly QS division in Auckland.
Working across our business divisions, including Gunac Waterproofing Specialists, Projects and Building Maintenance, you will be responsible for pricing schedules of work for structured tenders. You will also be involved in scoping new work and preparing schedules of work to provide solutions and costings to our clients.
Site visits are required in order to assess the work required based on a visual inspection.  You will also be a whizz at writing up detailed roof condition reports.
