Based in Hamilton, this role involves completing various maintenance tasks and duties as directed by the Senior Operations Coordinator. You will be a critical part of the maintenance team, responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction and keeping the Senior Operations Coordinator updated on job progress. This may include working on any Access site and performing a variety of tasks, including lawn mowing duties.

We are looking for a team player to join our small office in Tauranga to keep office operations running smoothly and our Technicians busy and out on site. It may also include quoting, creating reports, making appointments, ordering supplies and coordinating site visits.

Our Maintenance team service clients who value our service delivery and quality teamwork. We are currently on the lookout for an experienced technician to join our busy and friendly Auckland team.

With a customer focussed approach and good attention to detail, you will be responsible for completing building maintenance tasks allocated to you by our schedulers. Every day will vary as you get out and about around the region, working at our various client sites. 

Your background will be in building or property maintenance, ideally with 2-5 years experience with a broad base of trade skills to offer. Skills in building, hard landscaping, carpentry, cladding, etc. will be ideal. You will be professional, reliable and well-organised, with a strong work ethic.
