Our Maintenance team service clients who value our service delivery and quality teamwork. We are currently on the lookout for an experience Building Maintenance Technician for our Auckland team. 

With a customer focussed approach and good attention to detail, you will be responsible for completing building maintenance tasks allocated to you by our maintenance schedulers. Every day will vary as you get out and about around Auckland, working at our various client sites. 

Your background will be in building or property maintenance, ideally with a broad base of skills to offer. Skills in building and carpentry are of particular interest. You will be professional, reliable and well-organised, with a strong work ethic.

Your excellent communication and customer service ability will enable you to interact effectively both with our clients, the team and across our wider business. A strong Health and Safety focus is essential, Working at Heights and Site Safe Certifications are advantageous, otherwise training will be provided. A full driver's license is also required and a vehicle will be provided.

Operations Scheduler - Building Maintenance (Auckland)

As our Operations Scheduler for our Building Maintenance Division, you will be responsible for effectively scheduling the maintenance operations workload and allocating work to our technicians out onsite. It may also include quoting, calling contractors, making appointments, ordering supplies and coordinating site visits. Working alongside another Operations Scheduler and Maintenance Administrator, this role sits within our busy Building Maintenance Division.

In order to succeed in this role, you need to have high energy, be super organised and be able to continually prioritise. You need to think flexibly and thrive in a busy demanding environment. You will have worked in a busy scheduling role previously (ideally 3 years plus) ideally within a construction, contracting, property or service provider environment. Commercial acumen, with an understanding of job costing and the construction process is ideal as well as being systems savvy. A customer service focus and ability to build relationships are also key.

With a customer focussed approach, you will be responsible for a range of facilities services, including building washing, water blasting, roof washing, gutter cleaning and window cleaning. Every day will vary as you get out and about around Auckland completing jobs allocated to you by our Facilities Scheduler.

You will be an experienced water blasting operator and work in facility services currently.  Site Safe Passport, Working at Heights and EWP License are preferred.

Excellent communication and customer service ability will enable you to interact effectively with our clients and the wider team. You will be reliable, honest and self-motivated, be able to work unsupervised but also be a team player.  A strong Health and Safety focus is essential.
 
 A full driver's license is also required and a clean criminal record
