Building Consents
Ensuring that the correct consents are lodged, and approval is gained is a vital part of any project. Access | Partners in Property can help you make sure that all requirements of your proposed works are met, all relevant inspections completed, and the project is signed off.
Budget and Time Management

Subcontractor Management
As the Project Manager, Access will engage, coordinate and manage all the required trades on your behalf. All subcontractors are selected based on their requisite level of training, systems and organisational commitment to safety before they commence work on any Access | Partners in Property sites.
Before a subcontractor can be used at Access | Partners in Property, they must go through a stringent Health and Safety screening process. This is undertaken using our WHS management system. Each subcontractor is provided with their own login details where they can view Access | Partner in Property’s Health and Safety documentation and details of the Health and Safety requirements they must meet to work for us. This process and management ensures that all construction work is carried out according to the highest health and safety standard, to project schedule ensuring quality outcomes and value for money is achieved.
