Spark Arena | Building Wash and Roof Wash

Our team has been in the property maintenance industry for over 14 years. Building long-term relationships is very important to us but before that we always aim to deliver quality work first. With quality work comes trust and the opportunity to work on amazing buildings, such as Spark Arena.

Our team has been washing this building for 5 years. Works include completing a soft wash clean of all exterior roof areas including roof pathways, waterblast all front windows and the canopy (topside and underside). The team also soft wash the exterior surfaces of the stadium, apply a biodegradable chemical and softwash clean with water and clean all interior windows. The team complete these works on an annual and 3-monthly basis.
